Delhi Public School, Ruby Park, Kolkata commemorated World Music Day 2026 with a vibrant musical showcase featuring the extraordinary talents across various grades. The event celebrated the universal language of music through a diverse range of vocal and instrumental performances.

The programme commenced with a Welcome Song Duet by Class XI students, followed by a Tabla Lahara presentation by students of Classes VIII and IX. The audience witnessed a rich blend of musical genres through performances by students of Classes VI to XII. The entire auditorium was enthralled by the outstanding line up of performances- the Indian Instrumental Band, Western Instrument Ensemble, Guitar Group, Classical Trio, English Choir, Eastern Band, Strings Band, Western Band and a Western Duet. The celebration concluded on a harmonious note, reinforcing the significance of music as a medium of unity, expression, and inspiration.
