Fees Payment Guide Lines
- The tuition fee has to be paid on a quarterly basis by 10th of the first month of each quarter. The portal is activated minimum 15 days prior to each quarter on the web portal www.dpskolkata.com/parents-login/.
- Students have to login with their respective ID’s and password
- The payments can be made online through the web portal. We have Multiple payment gateways : – SBI- epay, ICICI- easypay and Paytm.

- The Parents have the option to pay by demand draft / cheque also.
- The demand draft/Cheque has to be deposited at the school office in favour of DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL RUBY PARK KOLKATA. The amount to be paid is mentioned on the web portal.
- Receipt for demand draft/Cheque will be generated after clearance of the DD/Cheque.
- If any parent requires any receipt for fee payment confirmation or certificate evidencing payment of fees, please email us at fees@dpskolkata.com.
Please retain the Parent’s copy of the fee slip till the end of the Academic Session.
In the case of online fee payment, sometimes a dispute arises regarding the non-receipt of the fee by the School. In such cases, the School will ask the parents to submit their bank statements as proof that the payment has been debited from their bank account.
