  1. In the Registration Form, the students opting for Group-A Science have to clearly specify their choice of the 5th subject.
  2. Registration Form, duly completed in all respect, should be submitted to the Administrative Office of the School latest by 10th June 2010.
  3. Incomplete Registration Form and Registration Form with false information will be treated as invalid.
  4. Please note that age of the candidate should be 16+ as on 30th September 2010.
  5. The percentage of marks obtained in all subjects and the aggregate should be clearly mentioned in the Registration Form.
  6. Attested copies of 
    (a) Class IX Annual Examination Report Card,
    (b) Class X Pre Board Examination Report Card,  
    (c) Admit Card of Class X Board Examination,
    (d) Attested Birth Certificate copy - must be submitted, along with the duly filled up Registration Form.
    All the documents are required to be attested by parents of the candidate.
  7. Please paste identical colour photographs of candidate on the Registration Form as well as Admit Card togetherwith colour photograph of the parents of the candidate on the Registration Form.
  8. Securing mere cut-off marks is no guarantee for admission.
  9. Provisional admission will be granted to Non-DPS Ruby Park students only if they clear the written Assessments followed by an interview.
  10. Written Assessments will be conducted on the following subjects on 20th June 2010 at 9.00 A.M. followed by an Interview from 11:00 A.M., which has to be attended by both the parents.
    SCIENCE COMMERCE

  11. It is compulsory for students selected for interview to appear for an interview along with both parents on the allotted date and time.
  12. Original mark sheet of Class IX Annual Examination and Class X Pre Board Examination of the school and Admit Card of the Class X Board Examination are to be produced at the time of interview.
  13. The List of selected candidates for provisional admission to Class XI will be displayed on the Notice Board at the Administrative Office on 14th June 2010 at 02:00 P.M.
  14. Provisional Admission to Class XI will be confirmed only if the candidate passes in the Class X Board Examination.
  15. The School provides transport facilities but offers no guarantee that a seat in the school vehicle will be available, when the vehicles are to full capacity do not ply in the area of residence of the students.
  16. Delhi Public School Ruby Park, Kolkata is at present, is running Euro II/III compliant vehicle for carrying its students who have opted for transport facility, covering Howrah, Kolkata and 24 Parganas. All vehicles are provided with wireless sets for communication with vehicles, and with the controller at the School for better navigation and to take care of emergency situations. The vehicles are also equipped with First Aid boxes. The School has also introduced SMS alert facility just 10 minutes before the bus reaching the drop point of the student.   17. The School timings shall be from 7:30 A.M. to 3.00 P.M. including extra Classes.
  18. A Fee of Rs. 500/- to be paid in cash while collecting the Registration Form, together with Prospectus.
  19. A Fee of Rs. 500/- to be paid in cash at the time of submission of the Registration Form.
  20. The Fees Structure of the School shall be as hereunder:
    Admission Fees Rs. 20,000/-
    Administrative Charges Rs. 20,000/-
    Annual Session Fees Rs. 12,000/-
    Caution Money (Refundable) Rs. 15,000/-
    Quarterly Tuition Fees Rs.  7,500/-
    Almanac, ID and Escort Card, etc. Fees Rs.    600/-
    Laboratory Charges (Quarterly) Science Rs. 1,200/-
    Commerce Rs.   750/-
  21. Fees, once paid at the time of Provisional Admission, are not refundable in any case except the caution money (refundable) in case of withdrawal and/or rejected candidates on failing to clear Class X Board Examination.
  22. Various types of scholarships are granted to students, by the Management based on merit and economic status. Scholarships are also granted to students with proven record of representing the State/Country in any co-curricular or extra-curricular activities. Granting of scholarship is at the sole discretion of the Management and the decision of the Management in this regard is final.
  23. The Management reserves the right to have the last word in all matters relating to admissions.
