- In the Registration Form, the students opting for Group-A Science have to clearly specify their choice of the 5th subject.
- Registration Form, duly completed in all respect, should be submitted to the Administrative Office of the School latest by 31st March 2010.
- Incomplete Registration Form and Registration Form with false information will be treated as invalid.
- Please note that age of the candidate should be 16+ as on 30th September 2010.
- The percentage of marks obtained in all subjects and the aggregate should be clearly mentioned in the Registration Form.

Attested copies of the following documents
( a ) Class IX Annual Examination Report Card
( b ) Class X Pre Board Examination Report Card
( c ) Admit Card of Class X Board Examination
must be submitted, along with the duly filled up Registration Form.
All the documents are required to be attested by parents of the candidate.
- Please paste colour photographs of candidate as well as parents of the candidate on the Registration Form.
- Securing mere cut-off marks is no guarantee for admission.
- The List of selected candidates for provisional admission to Class XI will be displayed on the Notice Board at the Administrative Office on 05th April 2010 at 11:00 A.M.
- Provisional admission to Class XI will be confirmed only if the candidate passes in the Class X Board Examination.
- The School timings shall be from 7:30 A.M. to 3.00 P.M. including extra Classes.
- A Fee of Rs. 500/- to be paid in cash while collecting the Registration Form, together with Prospectus.
- A Fee of Rs. 500/- to be paid in cash at the time of submission of the Registration Form.

- Fees, once paid at the time of Provisional Admission, are not refundable in any case except the caution money (refundable) in case of withdrawal and/or rejected candidates on failing to clear Class X Board Examination.
