British Council and Victoria & Albert Museum of London held Inter-school “Incredible India” quiz on January 9, 2010 at Victoria Memorial, Kolkata. The quiz was hosted by the renowned quiz-master Mr. Barry O’Brien. More than forty schools participated. Delhi Public School team was represented by Arunavha Chanda, Gaurav Ghosh and Mitul De Chowdhury. Six teams were chosen out of these teams, after a written elimination round.
Delhi Public School Ruby Park, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Ballygunge Government High School, La Martiniere School For Girls, Frank Anthony Public School and Daulatram Nopany High School qualified for the final rounds. At the end of the quiz ,Delhi Public School Ruby Park and Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan were tied at 70, the highest score of the evening. The tie-breaker had a nail-biting finish and continued till the last question. Delhi Public School was the runner-up .
